Social work has always been a profound source of support and empowerment for me, shaping my journey of self-discovery and personal growth. As I reflect on my experiences, I understand that if I had stayed in a traditional 9-to-5 job, I may never have found the motivation to create my own foundation. I know firsthand how daunting it can be to break away from the familiar, and making the decision to pursue something meaningful took a tremendous amount of courage and determination.
